Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Duffy and Lea Boutique. We currently only offer shipping to addresses within The United States. 

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will notify you via the email address provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will typically update within 24 hours of the package being scanned by the carrier.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to international addresses, U.S. Territories, or addresses outside of The United States. Orders placed with an international shipping address will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

5. Damages & Issues

Duffy and Lea Boutique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.1
